Lanier’s @Remote Solution

@Remote is a streamlined, secure system that manages your devices using an appliance installed to your network. It allows organisations to continuously monitor their devices remotely through a web-based interface. The @Remote service extracts information from connected printers and multifunction products (MFPs), which is managed by Lanier to improve productivity, cut down on costs and manage devices across your organisation.

@Remote is designed to operate using both Lanier and non-Lanier devices, which gives you the freedom to manage your organisation in your own way.

Features include:

• Automatic ordering (Lanier models only): identifies when toner is low, and sends a report to Lanier to order and deliver new supplies.

• Automated service calls (Lanier models only): ensures faster accident and breakage recovery.

• Monthly fleet information access: see fleet population by location, volumes by function and print volumes.

• Advanced features for newer Lanier devices: remote firmware upgrade, and supply status.
